On the Day doesn't actually mean 'On the Day' - instead this is a full MONTH of intensive support (plus the rest along the way!)
I'll not only get to know you, so you've got a gal you can trust by your side, but I'll also know exactly how you want your day to go, inside and out, keeping everything running smoothly and keeping you relaxed.

Initial online meet-up for us to get to know each other and so you can spill the beans on your plans!
My meticulous 'handover pack' on booking, to help you prep, with bags of useful tools to get you feeling organised
Supplier recommendations from my treasure trove of awesome wedding vendors
A thorough, in-person site visit where we can walk and talk through your vision, covering aspects such as layout, timeline allowances and guest experience
A handover session 4 weeks before, to iron out any last-minute logistical bumps, talk decor and styling and ease those nerves!
Comprehensive, unlimited support and a friendly voice on the end of the phone in the 4 week run-up to your day
A full schedule and brief for all of your suppliers, plus check-ins with them ahead of time
On-site, first thing in the morning for venue dressing and styling exactly how you want it, plus my own creative eye to make sure everything looks bang-on
12 hours of supplier/delivery liaison, schedule management and guest assistance on the day itself, right on through to your evening party getting into full swing!*

THE PLANNING PITSTOP
The logistical side of DIY planning can be a daunting task, so here's a chance to check in face-to-face with an expert for a 2 hour SESH. Whether you're just about to set off on your planning journey, or you've only got a few months left to go, this gives you the chance to have a pro look over your timelines and to-do lists; answer ALL of your planning questions; point you in the right direction of any potential pitfalls and give you lots of tips and tricks on how to keep your day running super-smooth.
Fancy some style with your substance? This is the answer to all your Pinterest rabbit-hole problems... After an initial design consultation where we can pour over your ideas so far; discuss your venue in detail and build a cohesive vision for the day, I'll set to work creating a bumper visual brief for you, filled to the brim with styling suggestions, colour and decor options, sourcing tips and logistical pointers, plus perfectly matched suppliers from my little black book.
THE LATE NIGHT LEGEND
Rural celebrations can come with their own set of hurdles to jump (don't worry, I've hopped over them all!) and often set-up can span a couple of days. This service is perfect to make sure you've got someone on-site with the know-how on the day BEFORE the big day, to help with all aspects of set up; from site organisation and unloading, to decor and styling. Ideal if you've got a whole weekend of fun planned and need a little extra breathing space.
THE SIDEKICK'S SIDEKICK
Sometimes one sidekick just ain't gonna cut it. If you've got a BIG bash planned, are using multiple locations for your wedding day, want a serious bit of styling during setup or just want that extra piece of mind then you can add an extra bit of sidekick sparkle to your day by asking me to bring along one of my fabulous assistants! All of my sidekicks have events experience, an incredible eye for detail and (essentially) are total legends.
